Prosthetic Restorations

With a large range of prosthetic restorations available, you get to choose from the latest material technology and the traditional. Gold, titan, porcelain and metal as well as those with the aesthetic value of composite and glassfibre, pure porcelain or with the added strength of Zirconium Oxide we have something to suit your budget. Acrylic, frame, vinyl and split dentures are also available, with modified denture choices with additional retention points such as telescopic crowns and bolts.

The choice of color

Patients may visit our dental laboratory to make comparisons and assist their decision in color choice if needed. We are able to match the color of your natural teeth, or whiten up your smile. For those who prefer a little more discoloration to mimic real teeth we can also do this. In the lab our technicians will choose a color using the laser spectrophotometer. This device electronically measures the shade of adjoining teeth. This way an exact match is found and when you are happy they will proceed.

Functional changes

Problems with the temporo-mandibular joints are indicated by the clicking and cracking during jaw movement. Also aching can be a sign. Gnashing of teeth and continual clenching can result in damage which needs to be rectified.
