Dealing with children is a very important area for us as it can set up a lifetime of good oral care. Or it can set up a lifetime of fear for the dentist. To change this stereotype we have a comprehensive targeted, dental care programme for children. First time visits  for our youngest patients helps introduce the child to their dentist in a non-threatening manner.

Caries Prohylaxis

We have a range of preventative measures to teach your child. These include how to clean teeth right through to complex ideas. As children grow so do their brains and thirst for knowledge. Also if children do requires dental work at an early age we provide a range of fun products like pink fillings with gold glitter for milk teeth.

Special equipment, working methods

Equipment for treating children is very important to get right. A drab looking, clinical office can often instill apprehension in children. We use bright décor, colored chairs and enable children to be able to watch fairy tales and listen to quiet music during their procedures. Staff are trained in dealing with children to make the complete experience enjoyable and relaxed. Short, regular visits are recommended to give children ample time to become accustomed to a routine.
