Conditions of the guarantee

All the patients get a three years guarantee for fillings (apart from fillings in the area of the neck of a tooth, for those fillings is 1 year guarantee) and prosthetic restorations made at our clinic – bridges, crowns,posts, frame dentures (apart from usable retention and acrylic elements).

We give ten or five years guarantee for implantological treatment, it depends on the system which was used:

• Nobel Biocare® 10 and 3i® 5 years (The guarantee covers material defects without the costs of therapeutic procedures within the bone and soft tissues. Those procedures may be necessary to perform because of unpredictable reaction of the body after implantation and loading of the implant).
• One year guarantee for firm periodontal and relaxing splints and acrylic dentures.

The guarantee is valid from the moment of finishing of realization of the treatment plan and if regular check – ups are performed (every 6 – 12 months). During those check – ups the teeth will be professionally cleaned by trained dental hygienists and the dentist will check the teeth.
The conditions of the guarantee can be limited in case of a very bad oral hygiene if it results from Patient's deliberate negligence and disobedience of dentist's hygienic recommendations.

 

Guarantee does not cover:

• Temporary appliance (temporary fillings, temporary prosthetic restoration),
• Endodontic (root canal) treatment,
• Damages of prosthetic restorations because of wrong usage, untreated dysfunctions (illnesses) of jaw joints, common ilnesses like diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, state after chemotherapy, cytostatic therapy and in case of any corrections performed not by KRAKOW DENTISTS.
