Our services and workmanship are fully guaranteed and we also provide up to 50 Euros towards any travel costs associated with repair work to our previous services. This covers faulty workmanship or materials with Prothetic Surgery and Dental Treatment.

Complete Denture - 2 years

Partial Denture - 3 Years

Permanent Prosthetic Filling (bridges, caps, fillers) - 3 years

Implantations - 10 years

Travel costs associated with repair of previous work by our clinic - 5 years - to the value of 50 Euros

Or for simple repairs simply return to a dentist on your country and provide us with the bill and details of your previous account with us and we will pay up to 50 Euro reimbursement.

What our guarantees do not cover

Additional treatment necessary for procedure e.g. X-ray of stitches after surgery or denture nesting.

 

Please be sure to thoroughly discuss guarantees with us, so you have a full understanding of what is covered.

The following will diminish or invalidate guarantee claims

• Negligence of oral hygiene
• Failure to follow doctors orders for aftercare, e.g forgetting to wear complete denture during the night.
• Using the denture in a way it was not designed.
• Natural degeneration of the denture holding cavity bone.
• Untreated problem with the cavity joint.
• Significant weight loss or gain in a short period of time.
• Negative effects on the chewing system due to a common illness including, but not limited to, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Osteoporosis, Chemotherapy side effects, Cytostatic Therapy.
